JULIE MADZIARCZYK
President & Founder
Mrs. Madziarczyk serves as founder/president. She is a veteran of the United States Navy and holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Redlands. She has multiple years of experience working with non-profit organizations, event planning, teambuilding and fundraising. She is the mother and currently the primary care giver to a special needs child.
SCOTT MADZIARCZYK
Vice President
Mr. Madziarczyk serves as vice-president. He is a retired disabled veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He holds an A.S. in Water Management from Mt San Jacinto College, a B.A. in history from the Oregon State University, as well as an MBA and a masters in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. He is currently a project manager for General Atomics Aeronautical. His area of expertise is logistics and facilities management and is LEED AP certified. Mr. Madziarczyk is also the father of a special needs child.
KATHRYN BARRESE
Secretary
Ms. Barrese serves as board secretary and advisor. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of La Verne in La Verne, CA and an M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI. Additionally, she is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has multiple years of experience working closely with children and families on the Autism Spectrum. She is a native of Temecula, CA with close ties to the community.
RAQUEL FLOURNOY
Treasurer
Mrs. Flournoy serves as the chief financial advisor and board member. She is an accountant and owner of Accounting Pros NW based in Bellevue, WA. She has many years of experience handling both business and personal accounts including payroll, client billing, reconciliation, preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
BRADEN ADAM DRAKE
Board Member & Advisor
Mr. Drake serves as a board member and advisor. He is a graduate of Indiana University where he double majored in political science and Slavic Language and Literature. He completed his post graduate studies at California Western School of Law. He passed the bar exam in 2016 and is the lead attorney for Braden Drake Law where he specializes in tax and business law. Mr. Drake also volunteers for the Legal Aid Society’s Low Income Tax Payer Clinic where we assists with IRS related tax problems for low-income individuals.
