freedom to express yourself through an eclectic mix of music genres. Feel the rhythm pulse through your body as you let loose and
discover the joy of unrestricted movement. Our instructor will guide you, offering modifications to ensure everyone can participate and feel
empowered. This is your chance to break free from the ordinary and embrace the pure, unadulterated thrill of moving to the beat of your
